Touched

Came across one of my friends' blog,
& I felt touched after reading a particular entry.

As I was reading through,
I can sense that those words that were used,
really came from the bottom of the heart.

Whoever the subject of that entry is,
I'm sure she does sense it too.

Anyway,
back to work tmr~

2012

Watched this with my mum in the afternoon.
Great effects.
But I came out of the cinema with a headache.
Well,
at least I'm back to normal now.
(=

Did some shopping with her.
Managed to get some stuff.

Attending a friend's house-warming tmr.
& it's the SCSM 2009 next Sunday!

Just like any other day

It's the 23th today,
which means to say,
it's month-end closing today.

But somehow,
today seemed like any other day when I'm at work.
I was occupied with work the entire day.
& the pace was manageable,
not too rushed.
(=

Had lunch with the HGIP interns within Singapore Post Centre.
& shortly after,
it was back to work.
I worked overtime for 35 minutes today.
Nothing much left to complete for the later half of the day,
so no point working overtime for too long today.

Oh yes.
I was taught how to use GWIS today.
A new system.
All I can say is,
I need some time to adapt to the new system,
but it shouldn't be much of a problem.

There's a long weekend ahead this week!
Yay!

Nations Cup 2009

I've been seeing this poster on SMRT buses & at MRT stations for the past 2 weeks. Have an urge to go,
but I can't seem to find anyone with the common interest as me.
)=

I've been to last year's Nations Cup,
& it was really an eye-opener for me.

Stressed up

The title says all, I guess.
Yes.
That's was how I was feeling at work today.
I could hardly breathe.
I was on the verge of breaking down.
Tears were building up in my eyes when I told my colleague about my current workload.
I couldn't take it anymore~
)=

The only question which I thought of was:
Did I make the right choice?
I'm starting to regret making that choice~

I hope things would become better for me soon.
If not, I might consider leaving the company anytime before the end of the year~

My answer

Well, after spending the entire day thinking through,
I'm glad to say that I have made up my mind.
I will be extending my work contract until the end of the year!
(=

Reason being, lessons will officially commence on 11 January 2010 for the RMIT degree which I've signed up for at SIM.
So, if I were to work until the end of the year,
I will have 10 days of rest before switching back to study mode,
which I think is more than sufficient for me.
In fact, too long a break will make me bored at home.
=X

After close to a year,
I'm back to hitting the books soon.
Have to start getting used to it.

Meanwhile, if the schoolwork turns out to be manageable,
I will be taking up a part-time job as well.
Expenses are high, especially in the university.
So I guess I better start working on my savings.
(=

Alright.
Back to watching 海派甜心 now.
